I'm Back!

After nearly a month-long leave of absence, I am finally back in Japan!

The plane ride over was eerily empty...


While I missed the Cherry Blossom season while I was home, I did happen to catch this mysterious dual colored tree in bloom!

    Hi Louie, :) Welcome back to Tokyo Okaerinasai!
    That might be a hybrid cherry blossom tree~ My dad really likes them. You put seeds of a red cherry blossom tree and seeds of the white blossom tree and as they grow they sometimes intertwine into one tree, or so I have heard.
